At Polymaker, we strive for precision in every print; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include any unused filament or electronic components.
Initiate Request

Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for defective electronics or filament.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring that any moisture-sensitive filaments are sealed to prevent damage during transit.
